We were fortunate to receive one of the last 3 ‘community matters’ cheques from Waitrose & are grateful to the store & its customers for supporting us.

We had glorious sunshine for the annual BBQ lunch, at the wonderful home of Chair of Trustees Bob & his wife Jackie in Upper Hulme; ‘friends and caring and good food; what more could one wish for,’ emailed Mary afterwards.

Great News: BV is one of Co-op Local Community Fund’s chosen causes, 9 April - 7 October 2017. They give 1% of member spend (Co-op branded products) to local causes. So please join, spend & choose us.
